Plant vegetable garden with Ekoltava

Ekoltava’s team still helps Ukrainians to plant vegetables and get the harvest for their families even in this hard time for our country! 

We would like to present you the results of our initiative “Plant vegetables with Ekoltava!”, carried out in village Sukha Mayachka, Drabynivs’ka amalgamated hromada, Poltavs’ka region. Despite some troubles with fuel supply we have come to plant two thousand square meters of land with vegetables and greenery, and do it jointly with the locals. 

Gardening flashmob has gathered twenty people, among them families from Kharkivs’ka and other regions, families of displaced persons, who had to flee from war and settle in Poltavs’ka region. They know not when they return home, but they want to help and thank those who has given them shelter. 

The site for planting was provided by leaders of Drabynivs’ka hromada and under support of hromada head, Tetyana Lieskova. Participants of the initiative and representatives from hromada will hand the harvest to displaced persons and courageous warriors of Ukrainian Armed Forces.
